Please select your joint type below. Butt joint tiles butt up against one another and decorative or smooth strips are used to cover the joints between tiles. Lap joint tiles have an overlapping edge that allows them to be installed without the use of decorative or smooth strips.

Most interior spaces are not perfectly square. In all likelihood, you will have a border along the edge of your ceiling where less than full-size ceiling tiles are required (highlighted in yellow below). Border tiles have been designed with patterns that lend themselves to trimming and installing in ceiling border areas.
